气体分离对于提高能源生产和勘探活动的效率是必不可少的。在石油勘探和煤炭开采行业,使用氮气取代可以促进燃烧的氧气,消除了易燃原材料的爆炸危险和火灾隐患;在炼油厂,应用气体分离设备可使炼化过程的氢气被提纯;在合成系统中,可采用膜分离使氮和氢的比率保持在合适的比例,以优化反应过程;在生物甲烷生产过程中采用膜分离可以将沼气中的杂质分离以得到较高纯度的甲烷气。

 

Gas separation is essential to efficient energy production and exploration activities. In oil exploration and coal mining, nitrogen is used to neutralize the explosion and fire hazards associated with flammable materials be eliminating the oxygen required to facilitate combustion. In oil refineries, hydrogen streams are purified by rejecting impurities. In Synthesis Gas operations, the ratios of nitrogen and hydrogen are kept in the right proportions to optimize the reaction process. In bio-methane production, impurities from biogas are removed to produce a purified stream of methane.
